Thanks to its compact design, the combination device is particularly suitable for use in private living areas. This detector therefore offers protection against two potentially fatal dangers in a single device - smoke and carbon monoxide / CO. It has photo-optical sensor technology for reliable detection of fire smoke as early as the initial phase. The integrated electrochemical CO sensor also continuously checks the carbon monoxide content in the ambient air and sounds an alarm early if the CO level is critical. The combination device is approved as a smoke detector in accordance with EN 14604 and as a CO detector in accordance with EN 50291.
Installation without screws and drilling - adhesive pad (can be ordered separately)
Response thresholds of the CO detector according to EN 50291:
in ppm = parts per million
- 50 ppm trigger after 60 - 90 min.
- 100 ppm trigger after 10-40 min.
- 300 ppm trigger < 3 min.
